Understanding Domestic Violence Reporting Laws

Participants will gain understanding of the new mandatory education and referral requirements of HB 309 along with a review of existing requirements regarding mandatory reporting of child abuse and vulnerable adult abuse. The presentation will also include a brief review and understanding of domestic violence services and resources while providing information on how to use screening tools and make referrals to reduce risk/harm from domestic violence.
