Some clinicians feel ill equipped to help parents with emotional and behavioral problems in younger children. Play therapy can be an effective way of addressing typical problems. Some interventions may involve parent/child interaction, and all are fun.

Janet is a clinician, supervisor, and educator of counseling with children and adults using play therapy and EMDR. Janet is a licensed professional clinical counselor and supervisor, registered play therapist and supervisor, and certified EMDR clinician. For over 25 years she’s counseled child, adolescents, families and adults from diverse populations.
