WORKSHOP SUMMARY

The presentation will include a brief description of the 9 personality types and subtypes and discussion on why this information is useful as a tool for self-reflection and for better understanding and tolerating others.

Martha Clay, LCSW, was employed as grief counselor at Hospice of the Bluegrass (now Bluegrass Care Navigators) for 28 years and retired in 2016. She also has been a practitioner and teacher of yoga and meditation at The Yoga Meditation and Therapy Center since 1985.
